Jordan is an enthusiastic personal trainer who is passionate about helping individuals unlock their fitness potential and lead healthier lives. She has a genuine desire to inspire and support others on their fitness journeys. Jordan is a 200hr RYT, so you can find her in the gym or in the yoga studio. She combines her compassion and motivational skills to create tailored programs that focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall well-being. Through her commitment, guidance, and continued support, Jordan empowers her clients to overcome challenges, embrace sustainable lifestyles, and achieve their desired fitness goals.

BETH EDWARDS

Beth is a certified health coach and personal trainer who loves coaching women who are ready to have more energy, fewer aches and pains, increase their strength and change their life.

If you have health conditions or have had surgeries that limit your workouts, she will strive to accommodate your needs. If you have an autoimmune disease that makes it difficult to workout or lose weight, both health coaching and training can benefit you. Peri or postmenopausal? She can relate and help you with your training and eating habits.

SCOTT KNIGHT

Scott began his fitness journey almost 10 years ago looking to improve his health and fitness through strength training and nutrition. He attended Tennessee Tech University where he worked closely with the strength and conditioning staff and athletes. He then graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Since then, he’s been personal training, helping many people overcome obstacles and reach their fitness goals through diet and training. The programs he creates focus to improve all components of physical fitness - cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. If you have a goal, Scott has a plan!

With a degree in Exercise Science, and over ten years experience as a personal trainer, Dane has dedicated himself to helping clients transform their lives through fitness. With personalized plans tailored to your specific needs, he can help you achieve your goals

SARA STEETS

Sara recently graduated with her B.A. at TTU in Human Development and Family Sciences with an emphasis in Trauma Informed Care, and plans to continue on with her Masters in Clinical Counseling. She grew up a competitive dancer but quit to pursue other things—that is when she began lifting! She found working out to be her new way of staying active while physically and mentally investing in herself. She found a new sense of patience and kindness towards herself and her physical appearance, and her confidence grew. Her goal is to help other women discover what working out can do for them physically and mentally.
